After getting tickets to Governors Ball to see one of my favorite bands, I was filled with excitement and had to put my feelings out somewhere. I decided to make an ad showing the personality of the 1975. They post a lot of things with warped text and like to play with the way their voices sound to make themselves sound completely different. I wanted to depict that in the poster so I used a picture of the main singer, Matt Healy, making a weird face. I warped the text and gave their logo a 'glowing' effect that mimics the way it was on their first albums.
